Who Is the Cultural Terrorist ?

“Terrorist” is usually a term reserved for members of terrorist organizations. In 2015, Taipei Mayor KE Wen-zhe said, “cultural terrorists are very scary” when he commented on the Fude Preservation Society’s protests. In reality- the property rights holder, report submitter, and government agency- anyone out of the three can become the defender or destroyer of cultural heritage. This documentary hopes to explore the multiple points of view, with the cultural heritage report submitter as the core of the story. The audience will see all three sides of the story, and see who the real “cultural terrorist” is.
