Marching Next Media was founded by renowned screenwriter Kelly CHEN with alumnus from ChienKuo High School which is rank Top1 in Taipei. The film [Marching Boys] is inspired by the stories of the CKHS marching band from the 1990s. Kelly CHEN, the film producer, began field research and scriptwriting since 2019 and assembled the film’s creative team in 2021.

未來進行曲股份有限公司由知名編劇陳慧如攜手一群建中校友共同成立，設立目的是籌組圈內優秀影視團隊，拍攝劇情長片「進行曲」。本片受到建中樂旗隊90年代的故事啟發而創作，由電影監製陳慧如於2019年開始進行田野調查、撰寫劇本，並於2021年開始籌組電影主創團隊。
