Directors HUANG Kai-ching and YU C-ling were both lesbians. After facing emotional setbacks, they decided to set aside their lesbian identities and marry men. Despite putting tremendous effort into these marriages, they found themselves in an awkward situation, unable to establish intimacy with their husbands and constantly arguing.
