HPCF was established in 2019 as a non-profit organization centered on the Hakka community in Taiwan. It is dedicated to promoting Hakka culture, language, and identity. Its work spans a variety of forms—radio, podcasts, television, film, and online video content. The foundation is also active in news reporting, book publishing, plus physical events such as exhibitions or bazaars. These diverse formats promote communication and allow the public to naturally understand and appreciate Hakka culture.

成立於2019年，為推廣客家文化之非營利組織。透過廣播、Podcast、電視、電影與線上影音、新聞等形式，從客家觀點製作內容，強化公共溝通與多元文化理解。並有策展、出版、市集等文化活動，推動國際交流與合作。
